The Glass Extension
Chelsea April 2009
This is a rear Extension with a difference. It has two
toughened glass walls and full sliding bar doors
that open up the space into the garden.We inserted
a marble floor that is paved into the patio area.
By doing this the space became much larger and
feels as though the living area is connected to the
relaxing garden.
 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Loft Conversion

This Loft Conversion consists of two double bedrooms and two large bathrooms in the Loft. The space that was previously unused in the loft area was made to good use by the clients.
Special lighting and effects have been used to make the area more contemporary.   The Master Wing

This Loft Conversion has a beautiful glass window
that was specially designed and manufactured for
the property.The timbers have been left exposed
to give a warm and natural feel to the room.
The Conversion gives the home an extra Bedroom

The old kitchen in this home was cramp and had
an eighties feel about it. We successfully helped
this home into the 21'st Century. This futuristic
style Extension now makes this property totally
stunning. The owners tell us that entertaining their
friends and family has since become much more fun
and pleasurable. Everybody seems to love the

This extension is the same size as the entire existing floor
area of the home. It forms the back of a bungalow that we
totally revamped. We added an extra floor to this property.
This gave the owners an extra three bedrooms in the Loft.
The roof was completely re designed and built up again.
The hipped ends gave way to full sized gable walls.
The Extension measures eight metres by ten metres.
It comprises of a new Kitchen, Living Room and
Breakfast Room that over looks the tranquil Gardens.  Basement Conversion
Chiswick February 2009 The space under this home was put to good use.
This Basement Conversion involved total
excavation under the property, as there was no
existing cellar. We supported the house with steel
beams and held the moisture out with a cavity
drain membrane that re directs all the rain water
from above into various drainage points below
ground. This project was completed within 8 weeks.

The client needed to keep an eye on her kids while
she worked from home. The area has been left fully
visible from all sides of the garden. This place is
now enjoyed by two very fun loving twins.

This three Bed Room Semi was in need of some
extra space and light. We achieved this by opening
up the dividing wall that separated the Living Area
and the Dining Room. The owners of this home can
now access their new Kitchen Extension by walking
through the Lounge.

This is part of a lovely Loft Conversion. The
extra space added a new Bedroom and an En Suite
Bathroom. This complimented the property very
well and added more value and space to the home.

The Penthouse
Fulham
This beautiful penthouse was but a bare shell before
we arrived. Our Design Team came up with the
ultimate solution for the couple who occupy it.
They wanted to combine the breath taking views
with the ample living space. We achieved this by
adding extra space to the roof area and with the
clever use of glass sectioning. As with all shell
builds you get to choose the size of the rooms. The
owners opted for two large en suite bedrooms in
place of the three intended for the home.
